Community Service Campaign
I was raised in a family that prioritized helping those less fortunate. I grew up volunteering at community gardens, homeless shelters, women's shelters, etc. I want to be able to help those who are considering reaching into their community to make a difference for those less fortunate and struggling.
This is an active email for people to reach out to for help regarding community service. People are open to email about where to serve in their community, how to get started, individual service projects, community service appropriate for kids, etc.
In order to grow the community's desire to serve, we have to reach out to the younger generations. Pinterest is a way to create a visualization for kids about different ideas on how to serve their community in a creative, age-appropriate, way. While kids may not have Pinterest, their parents are free to use this page to develop ideas for themselves and/or their kids.
Social media is a quickly growing platform, so I knew I had to provide a campaign page via one of the largest social media platforms. This page shows different ways to serve your community, different community service organizations, etc.
